We loved how this hotel was close to everything. We could easily walk to all the tourist spots in this city from this 4 or 5 star establishment. The hotel facilities were great, and we never had to worry about parking thanks to the ample basement and next-to-hotel options. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel, and the staff couldn't have been more friendly and attentive to our needs.
There was nothing we didn't like.

Tasty breakfast was provided. We had a room with city views. We used free parking onsite. We strongly recommend, maybe to friends.

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the busy market district and is easily accessible to shopping malls and street markets. Guests are greeted with a clean and tidy room, and the breakfast offers a variety of choices. some rooms provide a decent view of the town.
The hotel staff seems uninterested in going the extra mile and making their stay more comfortable.

During Christmas, I stayed in a hotel situated in the heart of the city. the hotel was conveniently located close to the shopping malls and had friendly staff. I loved the special breakfast that was served every morning.
The hotel has a few negative aspects that I cannot overlook. the room was quite smelly, and the air conditioning and hot water in the bathroom were not functioning well.

The staff were marvellous, helpful, and friendly. Convenient location for exploring on foot. Clean and well-kept hotel. Multiple parking options available. Pleasant and spacious rooms. Excellent massage service.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

The hotel provides complimentary wifi and has three good restaurants to choose from. Its location is ideal both for business and leisure travelers, and it has ample free parking spaces. The rooms are pleasantly appointed and the beds are comfortable.
The bathroom needs some updating, and the swimming pool is not very attractive. There are limited food options around the hotel, which could be an issue for picky eaters.
